Rates based on 4 people in 2 bedroom cabins and 6 people in 3-bedroom cabin.
$15 per night for extra people.
Children welcome in cabins - must be 14 or older in lodge.
No B&B services included in cabin rates.
* Wilderness 1 bedroom option – The upper floor, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, are closed off. Available during the off-season only for two people max.
Occupancy based on 2 people per room in guest suites,
4 people in two bedroom cabins, 6 people in three bedroom cabins.
Additional guests - Cost is $15.00 per person, per night.

About our Cancellation Policy...
Please understand that we are a popular establishment and
when you make a reservation we pass up other prospective guests on your behalf.
If you cancel with little to no notice we rarely can rebook your
accommodations.
We do understand that there can be extraordinary
circumstances that may cause last minute cancellations on your behalf.We offer Vacation coverage that protects your
vacation investment in numerous situations that allow you to be covered in the
event of an unfortunate circumstance. i.e. illness, death, job loss, flight
cancellations, weather etc.Cancellations that can be covered by this Vacation coverage are
non-refundable. Vacation coverage is automatically added to your reservation.
You must Opt-Out of this coverage at the time of reservation. Vacation Coverage
and Deposit is due at the time of booking which may include tax.
The majority of our guests have told us that our
accommodations have exceeded their expectations; however, occasionally we have
guests that have not viewed all the information available to them on our website, in particular our amenities, location, and
pricing. Cancellations due to you not viewing the information available to you
on our website, brochure or information sent via email, is not the responsibility
of Pikes Peak Resort. Cancellations due to not printing a map and/or directions
as suggested will not be a valid reason for cancellation and will not be
covered by the Travel Coverage.
Pikes Peak Resort is not always available via phone, which
is why we send confirmation emails to include all of the information needed for
your arrival including alternative contact information. The information sent
via email, includes but is not limited to: Pikes Peak Resort Site Map,
Directions to Pikes Peak Resort, Lodge & Cabin Information Sheets, and
Specific Cabin or Lodge Brochures.
By accepting to our Cancellation Policy, you are agreeing to
the information stated above, and the Deposit and Cancellation Policy below.
Deposits:
A 25% deposit or a minimum of one night deposit is required plus travel coverage is due at the time the reservation is made to secure the reservation. Deposit is payable by credit card (Master Card, Visa, or Discover) or by check (must be received within 7 days to hold reservation). Balance is due at check in (no personal checks accepted at check in).
Cancellation Policy for Cabins and Guest Suites:
Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance - Deposit
is Forfeited.
Cancellations made 16 days to 29 days in advance - 50% of
entire stay is due.
Cancellations made 0-15 days in advance - 100% of entire
stay is due.
There are no refunds; including no refunds for cancellations
that have been re-booked, late arrivals or early departures.
Deposit Required:25%
of entire stay or a minimum of one night's rate plus tax and Vacation Coverage.
One night stays will have a deposit of the Suite or
Cabin rate plus tax and vacation coverage

Please Note: Reservations are booked on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to make a reservation, you must make your reservation online in order to hold the dates you are requesting. Leaving a message or sending an email and/or contact form with dates you would like to book does not put those dates on hold.
House Rules:
No smoking inside any of the facilities. Smoking is permitted outside with extreme care depending on wild land fire conditions. Smoking outside allowed if all windows and doors are closed.
No pets allowed in any of the Cabins, Guest Suites or Guest Areas- No exceptions.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and Check-Out time is 10:00 AM.
No candles or incense allowed.
